On the second Thursday of April, another popular Notino internal #conference took place. ☛The main focus was on reviewing how Notino performed in Q3 and Q4. ☛We officially welcomed and introduced the first woman to the board, Hana Duchackova, as Chief Strategy and Planning Officer. ☛As usual, we congratulated our Notino Jubilarians as well as colleagues who were recognized as part of the #NotinoPeopleAwards. ☛We also discussed topics chosen by our colleagues, such as salaries, benefits, and rewards, together with transparency in management decision-making. ☛The core theme of the conference was the #strategic goals of individual departments for the upcoming financial year. We would like to give special recognition to our colleague from Logistics, Quality Leader, Adéla F., for the excellent preparation and hosting of the conference. She won the internal casting, and based on her performance, it was truly well-deserved! 👏 #NotinoPeople

At Notino, we’re always learning, because we believe the best and freshest ideas often come from outside. #WinOrLearn That’s why we became the very first partner of the Marketing Sprint by #HolkyzMarketingu, a one-day #hackathon for alumni of their academies. 🟡 24 alumni 🔵 6 teams 🟢 1 brief 🟣1 day. The goal? To design a marketing campaign tackling a real Notino business challenge. Our Head of Marketing and Commercial Partnership,Andrea Pavelkova and Marketing Communications Manager, Alexandra Ďurajková, presented the brief. Teams were guided by experienced mentors, including HzM co-founder Aneta Martinek, and the winning concept was selected by a jury of experts from Notino, Triad, and #HolkyzMarketingu. And the results? They blew us away! 🤯 Team Hexagon stood out with their deep understanding of our #brand and their ability to translate the brief into a tangible, strategic concept. Their prize? Together with our beauty partner L'Oréal, we showcased the latest beauty trends and let visitors experience the Notino Festival Look by L´Oreál using our magic tools - the Virtual Mirror and expert #makeup services. How could visitors experience this combination in person? They could visit our two Feel Good Zones in Kiss Kiss House. One outdoor and one indoor, where they could try, for example: 💄Magic Mirror Celebrity Photoshoot – Visitors could see themselves on a magazine cover in a star-worthy photoshoot. Over 6,000 people enjoyed this unique experience. 💄 Beauty Trends Zone – Guests tried the Notino Festival Look by L’Oréal Paris in our #VirtualMirror, then had it professionally recreated by our makeup artists. Over 540 festival-goers got their personalized festival glam! 🎁 7,000+ Goodie Bags shared, spreading beauty and joy. 📷 8,500+ festival photos captured. Sanremo Festival is like Italy’s Superbowl, watched by millions every year. The final night of the festival was watched by over 13 million people.
