When your entire business revolves around the #customer and their satisfaction, every customer #award is a pleasure. 🏆 That's why we all at Notino are excited about the Shop of the Year award, which is traditionally organized by the Heureka Group.  This year, our customers appreciated our work with four medals. And three times they sent us straight to the top! 🤩 They awarded us in the following categories:  Quality Award: Perfumes 🥇 Popularity Award: Beauty and Health in CZ and SK  🥇🥇 We are thrilled that customers appreciate our work and we are proud of each of our colleagues. Without their daily work, #innovation, and great dedication, we would certainly not be where we are today. 👏 A big thank you to all #NotinoPeople, because these awards are a credit to them! #WinningAsATeam

Once again we have managed to create and complete a beautiful project that helps. 🤍 And that is none other than our Notino #shelteredworkshop! It was in a trial run last autumn and has been running full steam since January. We are therefore very pleased that it has met all the conditions and has been recognized by the Employment Office as an employer in the sheltered employment market. 🙏 Notino's sheltered workshop is adapted for PWD (persons with disabilities), is not separated in any way, and is directly part of our #warehouse in Syrovice. Our 14 #colleagues in the workshop can meet all the other colleagues from the warehouse at work and for lunch, which is great. 👷♀️👷 What we are also pleased about is that colleagues who were no longer able to do regular work in the warehouse and would have had to look for work elsewhere have also applied to the sheltered workshop. If they met the conditions for admission to the workshop, we were happy to accept them so they could stay with #NotinoPeople. And what exactly are the colleagues in the sheltered workshop responsible for? 🤔 Primarily, it is the assembly services of pre-built Discovery boxes and other types of boxes for Notino, but also for external partners. But there may be more to come in the future. A big thanks to Jan Matejka, who led the whole project from the beginning and did enormous work to make this project work, and to Tomas Hofer, without whose support the project could not work. 👏 We are looking forward to the next update on how the Notino sheltered workshop is going! What do current University students expect from their future jobs? 🤔 The Organization Top Employers Czech republic (TOP ZAMĚSTNAVATELÉ ČR) asked them 🤓! Besides finding out what is important for them from work conditions, work content, or workplace relationships, they could also vote for concrete companies. And it seems, that what Notino offers matches the expectations of young professionals as Notino is the 10th most attractive employer for students in the whole Czech Republic 💪. We are very proud of this achievement and will try to score even higher next year 🏆!

Throwback to the Career Expo! Notino had the honor to become the main partner of the first year of the biggest career fair in Prague, and it was great! O2 Universum already reported more than 10,000 participants on the first day of the fair!   At Notino stand, in addition to colleagues with whom they could discuss work #opportunities, other attractions awaited the participants:   🧪Hair diagnosis 💄 Make-up artist 📸 Possibility to take a photo on CV or LI 💡 Notino #innovations 🥇 Competition for valuable prizes   We were also represented in the panel discussion, where our Head of Sales and Analytics Michal Masika together with other speakers talked about #technologies, especially AI, in connection with #talents.   Our Chief Idea Officer Jonáš Čumrik spoke on the main stage, who advised not only those who are currently looking for a job: be curious!   We were curious about which job positions the participants would be most interested in. The field of marketing won! We thank all #NotinoPeople who participated in the event and tirelessly represented Notino for two days. Two months ago, one of our colleagues came up with a beautiful initiative that saves lives: Notino blood donation. 🩸 We offered the possibility of #donating blood to first-time donors as well as those who used to donate regularly. And as is our good custom, all places were filled in a flash. More than twenty #NotinoPeople went together to donate blood to the Fakultní nemocnice Brno on Tuesday, and we want to thank all of them very much! 🙏 We will repeat this activity regularly! Big thanks also goes to the hospital staff, not only because they were all very nice and supportive, but also for the work they do for us every day. ❤️ #NotinoHelps #WinningAsATeam
